microplasma spraying technology for reconditioning 1st
and 2nd stage turbine blades of the TV3-117 engine;
n
technology for production of cast parts of the D-18 en-
gine using integrally injected wax patterns with starting
cone instead of adhesive-bonded one;
n
technology for production of HPT blade castings of the
AI-222-25 and AI-450 engines using an integrally in-
jected wax gating;
n
technology for spray coating of seal ring for the AI-222
engine with АНБ material;
n
hardness recovery technology for disks of the D-18T en-
gine;
n
technology for brazing NGV assembly of the TV3-117
engine with the vanes made of ЭП-718 material instead
of ЭИ-961.
Implementation of advanced half-finished parts:
n
precision investment casting using molds made of re-
fractory and structural alloys;
n
precision centrifugal investment casting using molds
made of titanium-based alloys;
n
casting of single crystal blades using heat resistant al-
loys ЖС32 and ЖС26;
n
gravity die casting of magnesium and aluminum alloys
n
precision casting of large-size parts using non-ferrous
alloys.
Joint research and development:
n
with Zaporozhye National Technical University on com-
plex investigation and development of methods of re-
pair of gas turbine engine parts made of high-alloyed
titanium alloys by means of welding using nanostruc-
ture additive materials;
n
with Eltekhmash NPP on thermal barrier protective
coating for blades of the AI-450-MS engine;
n
with Zaporozhye National Technical University on en-
hancement of welding and strength properties of welds
made of the ЖСЗЛС-М alloys ;
n
with Zaporozhye National Technical University on opti-
mization gasostatic process parameters in order to enhance
properties of aircraft engine parts and increase product
yield ratio.
Information technologies
The Company carries out purposeful work on application
of computer-integrated technologies.
Key areas of work:

development of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) System
for designing of aircraft engines, enhancement of the
system functionality by means of special complex
calculation and modeling systems;
n
development of Computer-Aided Process Engineering
System;
n
development of Management Integrated Control System
(MICS) on the basis of SAP solutions;
n
creation and development of Integrated Product Oper-
ation Support System;
n
system integration of above mentioned systems and
formation of integrated data field of the Company;
n
application of CAD\CAM software such as Unigraphics,
ADEM, MAGMASOFT, IMS-software in manufacturing
process;
n
development of controlling software ;
n
implementation of IMS software system for monitoring
and simulation of programs ;
n
creation and implementation of software for parame-
terization of design of complex 5D machining pro-
grams;

implementation of software for application of variable
tool offset correction
